Should My Student Take the SAT Test?
As we get ready for our next SAT Test prep session for the August 28 test, we wanted to discuss the main points as to why your student SHOULD take the SAT (and ACT) test!
No:
If your student is going to go to a CSU or UC, then they DON’T need to take the SAT test.
Yes:
If you have a private school on your list and it’s test optional then they NEED TO TAKE THE SAT TEST (especially for affordability) (and our PREP).
If a student has a high GPA (4.0 or 3.9) you still need to take the SAT if you’re applying to selective schools.
Final Note:
the SAT Tests can help significantly with college affordability.
