Jenkins Book Fund Scholarship — CSU African American Initiative

The Scholarship Award Will Provide (11) $500 Scholarships To Students In Partnership Churches.
REQUIREMENTS:
The scholarship is available only to students who are in good academic standing and will attend one of the 23 campuses of the California State University.
Complete Application Form.
Upload a brief Personal Statement (must be a PDF) describing your background, personal achievements, challenges you have encountered, educational pursuits and goals and aspirations for the future.
Upload a Letter of Recommendation (from a teacher, high school counselor, or church representative).
Upload a copy of your official or unofficial high school transcript.
Applications must be submitted by the required deadline.
Students must enroll in a California State University for the fall semester or fall quarter 2020 to be eligible for this scholarship. Verification of enrollment will be reviewed prior to the disbursement of scholarship funds.
Completed applications will be reviewed by the CSU Foundation. Awardees will be selected from a pool of eligible student applicants from the partner churches by a CSUAA Selection Committee.
