The REaders are Leaders program provides one-on-on high dosage tutoring to students using dramatic reading skills.
The program starts next week, April 16.
Classes are held over zoom each Tuesday and Thursday, 4-5pm for 5 weeks.
Students are studying animals and will be coached to deliver a dramatic reading of an animal, providing the audience with details of the unique characteristics of the given animal.
This class includes a research field trip to the Los Angeles Zoo on April 27 with the culminating reading of all animals on Saturday May 18 before a live audience.
