Crystal Marie Breedlove Business and Nursing Scholarship

 

In support of those who choose the selfless career of Business and Nursing, this scholarship is given as a legacy of the selfless love Crystal also gave in the care of others.

APPLY BY: Friday, March 19, 2023.

Please read carefully and complete all sections, fields, and submit the application form by 11:59pm (Pacific Time) on Friday, March 19, 2023.

PLEASE NOTE: The following documents must be submitted by postmarked mail (Clarissa Manuel Foundation, PO Box 90816. Long Beach, CA 90809) or email (scholarship@clarissamanuelfoundation.org) by 11:59pm (Pacific Time) on  Friday, March 19, 2023. Instructions on submission of an official transcript, two letters of recommendation, and professional headshot photo are below.

1. An OFFICIAL transcript submitted by your campus Registrar's Office.
    -Hard copy transcripts should be sealed and mailed to the CMF mailing address listed above.
    -Electronic transcripts should be emailed to the scholarship email listed above.
   
*Applicants in a dual enrollment program, please have both campuses mail or email official transcripts.

2. Two Letters of Recommendation (email only):
   -One professional reference, on letterhead, from a supervisor of a current or previous employer
    (including internship), professor, dean, or other administrative professional at your campus.
   -One personal reference – colleague, professor, or peer.

*Recommendation letters must be sent directly from the recommender’s email address to scholarship@clarissamanuelfoundation.org.

3. Professional Headshot Photo (email only):
    -JPEG or PNG file
    -Well lit photograph from top of head to shoulders
    -Business casual or Nursing attire

You will be allowed to edit your responses after you have submitted the form. Feel free to edit your application until the application deadline at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) on  Friday, March 19, 2023.
